GOAL: The primary goals for my work with Milwaukee Food Tours were to continue to enhance the brand and ensure that it reflected the unique offerings and deep local connection of the company. This involved creating consistency across all marketing materials and touchpoints, establishing a cohesive visual language that would resonate with both locals and visitors. Additionally, I aimed to develop engaging promotional materials that would attract a diverse audience, increasing awareness and engagement. Improving the visual appeal and usability of customer-facing materials was also a key focus, with the intent to convey a sense of fun, community, and local pride through the branding and design.
RESULTS: As a result of these efforts, the essence of its various offerings was captured while maintaining some visual connections which led to increased customer inquiries and bookings. The marketing materials I created significantly boosted online engagement and reach, enhancing the visibility and interaction with the brand.
